Carbon got into the fish tank. Harmful?

I was cleaning my filter and I think some very small chips media carbon obtained through the tube and embedded into my gravel that I can not get out. They are very small and difficult to catch without tearing the tank and decorations. Is this harmful to fish?

Absolutely not. Some people even put a layer of coals in the sand – or in the gravel – to help reduce waste. Do not bother the fish at all.
